Will it sound like a robot?
It's a warm voice trained on the kind of jobs tradies actually get. Most callers won't clock it as AI. The agent does disclose it's an AI assistant up front though — that's how we keep things straight with callers. Most are fine with it once they realise the alternative is voicemail.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. We use conditional call forwarding from your existing number — calls only forward to Callmate when you don't pick up after a few rings. Your number, your contacts, your reputation. We just catch what you miss.
What if it gets a job wrong?
